I gladly accept exchanges. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

I don’t accept returns and cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of your purchase in order to receive a full refund.

We will happily accept an exchange for a different style if you need something different. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your product. Return shipping cost on all exchanges is always the responsibility of the customer.
 Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If an error was detected on our part, returns and exchanges  will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. Returns must be packed securely with tracking and insurance.  Shipping is at the buyer’s expense Custom made orders are non-returnable.

All items returned must remain unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Delivery policies:

Shipping is via the USPS with tracking. Average of 3-5 business days, it can take longer especially during holidays and inclement weather.

If you need your order in a rush, please select an expedited shipping please contact us before purchasing.

Additional Policies:

Please make sure to follow the CARE instructions for the items purchased in our shop. Our dresses are hand wash with cold water or spot clean and lay flat to dry.
